1. Purpose and Scope
This Content Complaints, Appeals & Removal Policy explains how complaints concerning content, membership services and related website activity are received, investigated and resolved.
This Policy applies to:
- slzyltd.com — membership registration, billing and account management;

SlzyStudio LTD is the website operator, membership provider, contracting party and merchant responsible for handling complaints under this Policy.
Retro Digital Restoration LTD may provide affiliated film-restoration, remastering and technical post-production support. It does not accept customer payments and is not responsible for customer billing, membership contracts or complaint decisions.
2. Our Commitment
SlzyStudio LTD does not knowingly permit content that is unlawful, depicts or promotes child sexual exploitation, involves a person who was under the legal age of adulthood at the time of production, depicts non-consensual conduct, facilitates human trafficking or sexual exploitation, violates applicable card-brand standards, or infringes valid legal rights.
We review credible complaints promptly and may restrict or remove content while an investigation is taking place.
Prohibited Marketing and Search Terms
SlzyStudio LTD strictly prohibits the use of titles, descriptions, tags, metadata, search terms, thumbnails, advertisements or other promotional material that promotes, suggests, glorifies or alludes to:

- Non-consensual sexual activity, coercion, trafficking or sexual exploitation;
- Real physical abuse, forced sexual conduct or unlawful violence;
- Any other unlawful content or activity prohibited by applicable law or card-network standards.
Prohibited terms may not be used even where they are intended solely to attract traffic, improve search visibility or misrepresent the nature of content. Any such titles, tags, search terms, metadata or promotional materials identified on our websites will be removed or corrected promptly.

Suggested subject: Content Complaint or Removal Request
Please provide as much of the following information as possible:
- Your full name and contact email address;
- Your relationship to the content or person depicted;
- The exact page URL and title of the content concerned;
- A clear explanation of the complaint;
- The legal, safety, consent, age, copyright or privacy concern involved;
- The action you are requesting;

A complaint will not be rejected solely because every item above is unavailable. However, sufficient information must be provided for us to identify and investigate the content.
Government identification should not be sent with the initial email unless specifically requested through a secure method.
6. Acknowledgement and Seven-Business-Day Review
We aim to acknowledge a complaint within two business days.
We will review and provide an initial resolution or substantive response within seven business days after receiving sufficient information to investigate the complaint.
If a matter is unusually complex, requires information from a third party, involves legal proceedings or requires specialist advice, we may need additional time. In that event, the complainant will be informed of the reason for the delay and the expected next step.
Content involving a credible allegation of illegal activity, exploitation, a minor, absence of consent or an immediate safety risk may be disabled or removed while the investigation is pending.
7. Investigation Process
Depending on the nature of the complaint, our review may include:
- Locating and restricting the relevant content;
- Reviewing production credits, release history and available source records;
- Reviewing licensing, ownership or distribution information;
- Examining available information concerning the age and identity of depicted persons;
- Requesting additional evidence from the complainant;
- Consulting an authorised distributor, rights holder or affiliated restoration provider;
- Obtaining legal or specialist advice;
- Preserving relevant records where required for an investigation.
Retro Digital Restoration LTD may assist with technical identification, restoration history or source-material review where relevant. SlzyStudio LTD remains solely responsible for the complaint decision.
8. Possible Outcomes
Following review, we may:
- Remove the content permanently;
- Temporarily suspend access pending further investigation;
- Edit a title, description, thumbnail, tag or other presentation element;
- Restrict the content by territory or access level;
- Request additional age, identity, consent, ownership or licensing evidence;
- Restore content where the complaint is not substantiated;
- Refer the matter to a payment provider, regulator, law-enforcement agency or safeguarding organisation;
- Take another proportionate action appropriate to the circumstances.
Where reasonably possible, the complainant will be informed of the outcome.
9. Appeals by Persons Depicted
Any person depicted or identified in content may request that the content be reviewed or removed.
A depicted person may raise concerns including:
- Whether valid consent was provided;
- Whether consent was legally valid;
- Whether the agreed scope or use of the content has been exceeded;
- Whether the person was legally an adult at the time of production;
- Whether the content has been misidentified or unlawfully distributed;
- Whether continued publication creates a valid legal, privacy or safety concern.
We may request reasonable proof of identity and evidence that the applicant is the depicted person or their authorised representative. Such information will be requested only where necessary and should be transferred using an appropriate secure method.
Content may be restricted while identity and the basis of the request are being verified.
10. Copyright and Rights-Holder Complaints
A copyright or distribution-rights complaint should include:
- Identification of the protected work;
- The URL of the allegedly infringing content;
- An explanation of the complainant’s ownership or authority;
- Supporting registration, contract, licence or ownership evidence where available;
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorised;
- The complainant’s contact information.
We may temporarily restrict content while a credible rights complaint is investigated.
11. Complaints Involving Minors, Exploitation or Immediate Danger
SlzyStudio LTD applies zero tolerance to child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, human trafficking and credible depictions of non-consensual sexual conduct.
Where a complaint raises a credible concern of this nature, we may immediately disable access, preserve relevant records and refer the matter to the appropriate payment provider, regulator, safeguarding body or law-enforcement authority.
Anyone who believes a person is in immediate danger should contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement service without waiting for our internal review.
12. General Customer and Billing Complaints
Complaints concerning membership access, billing, renewals, cancellations or account services should also be sent to [email protected].
Refund requests are considered under our separate Refund Policy.
Cancellation and membership conditions are described in our Terms of Service.
13. Confidentiality and Personal Information
Complaint information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary to investigate the complaint, comply with law, protect a person from harm, enforce this Policy or cooperate with an acquiring bank, payment network, regulator or law-enforcement authority.
14. Complaint Records
We maintain internal records of complaints, review actions, removal decisions, responses and outcomes where reasonably necessary for compliance, security, fraud prevention and legal purposes.
15. Abuse of the Complaints Process
We may reject or limit complaints that are clearly fraudulent, threatening, repetitive, automated or submitted in bad faith.
This provision will not be used to prevent a genuine depicted person, rights holder, customer or concerned party from raising a legitimate complaint.
