Retro Digital Restoration LTD may provide restoration and technical support services to SlzyStudio LTD. It is not the merchant, payment recipient or contracting party for customer memberships.

In addition, customers may contact us separately regarding bespoke services such as 8mm, 16mm, VHS digitization, restoration, enhancement, and private streaming access, which are quoted and handled on a project basis.

4. Memberships and Subscriptions

5. Payment / Billing and Recurring Charges

All membership payments made through slzyltd.com are collected on behalf of SlzyStudio LTD.

Prices, membership duration and any recurring-payment terms are shown before the customer confirms the purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information. SlzyStudio LTD does not request customers to send complete card details by email or through customer-support messages.
Where a membership renews automatically, the renewal amount and frequency are disclosed before purchase. Customers may cancel future renewals in accordance with the cancellation procedure described in these Terms.
6. Renewals, Upgrades, and Changes
Your membership may be renewed, upgraded, downgraded, or changed in accordance with the options made available through your account or membership portal.
Any pricing changes, billing cycle updates, or plan modifications will apply as shown at the time the relevant change is made.
7. Cancellations
Cancellation of Memberships
Customers may cancel an automatically renewing membership at any time before the next scheduled renewal date.
To request cancellation:

2. Open your membership or subscription details.
3. Select the available cancellation option and confirm the cancellation request.
If no cancellation option is displayed, or if you experience difficulty cancelling through your account, email [email protected] from the email address registered to your membership.
Please use the subject line “Membership Cancellation Request” and include:
• Your full name;
• Your membership email address;
• The membership plan you wish to cancel.
Do not send full card details, passwords or other sensitive payment information by email.
Cancellation prevents future recurring charges. Unless otherwise stated, access normally remains available until the end of the membership period already paid for.
Cancelling a membership does not automatically create a refund for a payment that has already been processed. Refund requests are considered separately under our Refund Policy.
Customers who subscribed through PayPal may also cancel the applicable automatic payment through their PayPal account.
SlzyStudio LTD will provide confirmation by email once a cancellation request has been processed.

8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
For clarity:
- Refund requests may be considered within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- 3-Day Trial Memberships are non-refundable.
- If a customer purchases a membership after using the 3-Day Trial, that subsequent purchase is also non-refundable.
Please review the Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, share access credentials improperly, use automated abusive methods, or engage in any activity that could harm the security, integrity, or availability of the portal or related services.
